Irish folk rockers The Saw Doctors are on tour to promote their new album The Cure -and their only north west date is in Morecambe on December 5.
The West Of Ireland band are centred on the long-standing duo of frontman Davy Carton and guitarist Leo Moran, who are nowadays joined by new members Anthony Thistlethwaite (ex Waterboys) on bass, Fran Breen (ex Lucinda Williams) on drums, and Derek Murray on keyboards.
The Cure, which came out on October 17, is The Saw Doctors' sixth studio album and comes 14 years after their first album, If This Is Rock'N'Roll I Want My Old Job Back.
In between they've notched up hits like Small Bit Of Love, World Of Good, To Win Just Once and This Is Me.
