MICAH Hyde is free to face Leicester City at Turf Moor tomorrow after an FA Disciplinary Commission returned a 'case not proven' verdict against the Burnley midfielder.
Hyde had been charged with violent conduct as a result of a bust-up in the Turf Moor tunnel following the Roses battle against Leeds United last month.
However, at an FA hearing in Manchester, Hyde escaped a potential three-match ban that would have started immediately.
