Andrew Flintoff's, custom made Ashes-winning bat used by the England hero in his smashing performance during the epic Test series this summer raised £22,000 for the BBC Children in Need Appeal.
Freddie's bat was bought by millionaire businessman, Nick Robinson, at the BBC One Great Big Bid charity gala auction for the appeal after a heated battle with Australian paparazzi boss, Darryn Lyons who had threatened to turn the bat to ashes on Australian soil.
