A SCHOOLBOY said to have had sex with his "sexy" support teacher claimed she gave him cannabis before she seduced him.

The boy told a jury that he had sex five or six times with Zoe Susanne Morgan, 32, and she got him "stoned" each time by providing the drug, or giving him cash to buy it.

The boy claimed Morgan, the mother of a 10-year-old girl, also performed sex acts on him, but said he did not love her and did not think what they were doing was right.

Asked why, he told Burnley Crown Court: "She's a teacher and she's older than me."

The defendant, then of Leigh Park, Hapton, denies five counts of sexual activity with a child, said to have taken place over six weeks, between September and November last year.

Morgan, then a support teacher/mentor at Barden High School, Burnley, is said to have taken advantage of the boy, knowing he would not complain.

She is accused of initiating a sexual fling, having intercourse with him in her own bed and her daughter's room, and is said to have bombarded him with text messages and phone calls.

The defendant is also alleged to have committed sex acts on the schoolboy three times in her car - once the day after the boy's mother challenged her about the relationship.

Giving evidence to the jury by video link, the boy admitted he fancied Morgan, his friends did as well and that he called her "sexy".

Cross-examined by Philip Holden, defending, the schoolboy denied saying he wanted to have sex with the defendant.

Mr Holden suggested the boy got Morgan's phone number when she left her phone in an office at school. The boy replied: "No, I got it when she was texting me."

The boy has claimed the defendant committed a sex act on him in the TK Maxx car park, in Burnley.

Mr Holden alleged: "She kissed you briefly in order to get you out of the car. It just didn't happen did it ?" The boy said: "Yes, it did." The barrister suggested to the boy that he was constantly asking Morgan to perform a sex act on him, but she had refused. Mr Holden went on: "It's just a figment of your imagination. You have just made it up to impress your friends." The boy said: "No."

The boy claimed he did not tell his friends what he alleged happened because he did not think about it.

He said he did not phone the defendant and it was all "one way traffic", with her telephoning and texting him.

The boy told the jury he and Morgan had sex about five or six times, once in a car at Pendle Hill about three days before his parents found out what was said to have been going on.

He claimed the defendant would get him stoned before each time and alleged she provided the cannabis.

Mr Holden told him: "You are just making it up. Now is the time to tell the truth."

The boy said: "I am telling the truth."

The barrister suggested the schoolboy never had sex with Morgan at all and never smoked cannabis in her presence.

The boy said:" Yes I did." Mr Holden: "She never provided any cannabis."

The schoolboy said: "Yes, she did."

Mr Holden alleged the boy told Morgan his father had said: "Good on you, son," after he told his father he had been seeing the defendant. The boy said: "No, I never."

Mr Holden suggested to the boy about his claims of sex with Morgan: "You must have thought what you were doing was quite cool, sleeping with a teacher. It must have made you look quite big, sleeping with a teacher. Quite something, wasn't it, to be able to say that to your friends, wasn't it? It would make you look bigger and smarter."

The barrister continued: "You desperately wanted to have sex with Zoe Morgan. You had a crush on her, didn't you ? You have made it all up, haven't you?" The schoolboy said: "No."
