Former Blackpool assistant boss, Mick Hennigan, is ending his African adventure after just three months.
The coach, dubbed a 'seemingly humorous Englishman' by local reporters on his arrival in Africa, had led Malawi's national team in four games, including a 3-0 world cup qualifying victory over rivals Kenya, but will return early rather than working with the under 20s team ahead of a tournament next year.
