BLACKBURN boss Mark Hughes is ready to hand a trial to Norwegian striker Karim Aoudia.
The 19-year-old spent several days at Brockhall during the summer and he made an impression on Hughes and his coaching staff after catching the eye in a couple of training sessions.
Now Hughes is ready to invite him back for a second spell with the club later this month when he hopes to see him play in a specially arranged behind-closed-doors friendly.
The teenage sensation is already a regular in the Norway Under 19 squad and he made his mark in the domestic game in his homeland last season, scoring six goals for Oslo Ost as they clinched promotion to the Norwegian First Division.
Aoudia is widely regarded as one of the most promising young players in Scandinavia but Hughes wants a closer look at him before deciding whether to make a move, possibly in January.
