Some parents and family members are to blame for allowing their kids to get involved in drug dealing.
I know of some parents who are proud of the fact their son always has money on him and is able to pay for new cars.
They are not bothered where the money comes from or how it is earned.
The money becomes far more important than the wider effects on the community of drug dealing. And parents dont want to lose their sons either.
As well as educating young people we should also make sure parents are the first to criticise their children when they get thmeselves involved in drug dealing.
I also think the police could do more. They know where drug dealing is taking place in out neighbouhoods but dont do anything about it.
