On Sunday, July 17, you can join David for a 2-3mile stroll to discover the medieval sites of Penwortham, meeting at the water tower, Liverpool Road, at 2pm.
Get your walking shoes on on Saturday July 26 for the third annual EMMAUS Lancashire Family Fun Day and Ribble Link Sponsored Walk at Haslam Park, Ashton between noon and 4pm and will include jazz, blues and pop music, clog dancing and cream tea cafe in the park's rose garden.
Pleasure boat trips will also be available on the Lancaster Canal.

Soul band, Nice Guy Eddie, are performing at various pubs and clubs on a county-wide tour including the Pleasant Retreat, Lostock Hall, (July 20); the Victoria, Lostock Hall, (August 6); the Ship Inn, Leyland, (August 7); and 12 Bar, Preston, (August 12).
