Players from across the region gathered as the Shin-Gi-Ruh-Muay Thai kickboxing Club hosted its first major tournament.
Players of all ages took part in the day long in-house tournament named 'The battle of the Thai's.'
In an unusual but welcome change parents of most of the fighters attended to cheer their children on.
On the day 43 bouts took place of which three were in house title fights. Khawar Mustaq ovecame Adam Khanani in 10-12 group. Yousaf Chotia beat Asif Mal and Nicolas Crabtree proved too muich for Aasim Karbari in the 13-15 age group.
Overseeing proceedings was International referee and trainer of eight British champions - Rob Shipley.
Guests included, Sensi Craig Mcmillan, Thomas Finn (Former British and European Champion and ranked 12th in the world), Seni Frazier Douglas and Imtiaz Patel (Secretary of the West Brookhouse Community Centre).
