DURING the horrific bombings in London, the air ambulance services have proved invaluable.
However, I am given to understand that neither the government, health services, or the National Lottery provide money or grants for this service, the air ambulances being wholly dependant on charity.
Isn't it time that the National Lottery directed its grants to organisations that benefit the whole community instead of favouring minority groups?
