HOUSING maintenance and estate management services firm Connaught, which has two site offices in the borough, has been awarded Partnering Contractor of the Year 2005.
The company works in the social housing market and has an office in Norfolk Avenue, Whitefield, and another on Burys Littlewoods Estate where it is carrying out refurbishment of social houses.
Connaught received their accolade at the Housing Excellence Awards dinner held at Mere Golf and Country Club.
