STAFF at The Royal Bank of Scotland in Bury were in bubbly mood when they celebrated with champagne after being voted one of the top UK branches for customer service.
All of the bank's 650 branches are measured on the level of service they provide and the Bury team emerged as one of the best performers. Standards of service are appraised on a combination of mystery shoppers and customer feedback.
Senior area manager Paul Clarke visited the Bury branch on The Rock to present staff with their customer driven branch award. He said: "I'm extremely proud of the staff here and there is no doubt that they richly deserve the recognition this award will bring.
"They are totally committed to providing their customers with the best levels of service and its clear their efforts are much appreciated."
