ACCRINGTON Stanley crashed out of the ATS Trophy at Radcliffe and only had themselves to blame for some poor finishing.
Two minutes after the break Borough took the lead, Andy Kilner striking a 20 yard free kick round the wall and past Rob Mulloy.
It was soon 2-0 as Mulloy parried a shot by Joe Connor and substitute Piero Brennan followed up to score.
Stanley pulled a goal back on 53 minutes, Welch being fouled in the penalty area and Darren Quick scored for the third consecutive match.
Six minutes from time Mark Rawstron nearly equalised, striking a 20 yard volley that was cleared off the line by Jason Astley.
