THE new man at the helm of English heritage in the North is a Lancashire man.
Peter Bromley will manage and promote the 119 properties, among them Whalley Abbey Gatehouse, as the new regional director of English Heritage Properties North.
Mr Bromley, 40, was born in Preston, has lived in Cheshire and Yorkshire and has a family in Cumbria
