CHARTERED accountant Stephen Anderson has taken up a top post with the British Junior Chamber of Commerce.
Stephen, a partner with Blackburn-based PM&M is the new chairman of the chamber's North West Region.
He has been a member of the Blackburn branch since 1989 and was local president in 1993.
"The organisation exists to assist self-development for 18 to 40-year-olds and concentrates on putting something back into local communities," said Stephen, 33.
"I am very honoured to be regional chairman and intend to visit all the branches to help increase the chamber's links with local business communities."
