-A BLAST of Siberian shivers was enough to prevent Bamber Bridge from travelling north east to Bishop Auckland for Saturday's Unibond League fixture.
On Friday it all seemed well, but overnight snow hit the Durham area with vengeance and any possibility of the game going ahead was buried beneath it.
Hopefully, Bridge will have better luck this Saturday when they entertain Merseysiders Knowsley ... a safari into an unknown strength from mid-table.
