CAMPAIGNERS are gearing up for the 1996 national No Smoking Day.
The March 13 event will help smokers who want to ditch the dreaded weed.
Last year, an estimated 40,000 smokers gave up for good on No Smoking Day.
This year, organisers are setting up telephone helplines to give people help and advice on quitting.
In England, the number will be 0800 00 22 00.
