ONE of the country's longest established Honda dealerships has changed hands.
Philip and Patricia Pozzi have sold their dealership, Greenacre Garage in Clitheroe, and Mr Pozzi is to retire after 25 years running the business.
The dealership, which employs 21 people, has been acquired by 31-year-old Anthony Kearsley with support from the former chairman of Dutton Forshaw Lt Col. Reg Gray and the Deputy Lieutenant of Lancashire, Tom Croft, who become non-executive chairman and non-executive director respectively. Anthony, a former BMW sales manager in the Lake District who also gained experience at a luxury car dealership in Seattle, said the acquisition had been the culmination of three years of negotiations.
