THE Rossendale Youth Information Service is looking for volunteers over 16 who can help out at least three hours a week.
This service operates at the Youth Information Shop in King Street, Bacup, and from a large mobile unit throughout the borough.
It provides advice for young people aged between 14 and 25 on jobs, housing, education, drugs, health, personal relationships, leisure, working abroad, travel and money.
Said a spokeswoman for the service: "We are running a four-evening training course on Monday, March 25 and Thursday, March 28, and Monday and Tuesday, April 1 and 2, for suitable volunteers."
Anyone interested should contact Steve Swann or Val Mercer at the district youth and community office on 01706/225180.
