NEW businesses in Kazakhstan could soon be doing things the Blackburn way. Blackburn Enterprise Trust has been chosen by Lancashire Enterprises to take part in a project to train new business counsellors from the former Russian republic.
Senior business counsellor John Ball will be shadowed by a counsellor from Almaty to help her experience the routine work of the agency, including drawing-up business plans and research advice for new enterprises.
