A NEW report showed that up to one in four children were being sexually abused in Lancashire with cases rising 50 per cent faster than horrifying national rates, it was revealed today.
An NSPCC report showed a staggering 150 per cent increase in Lancashire on the previous year, with a 90 per cent increase nationwide.
A charity official said it was only the tip of the iceberg with most cases going undetected.
