WHEN Frank Bruno fought Mike Tyson he represented Britain on the world stage, with millions of British people behind him.
Black people are proud to represent Britain in many sporting events - boxing, athletics, football,etc.
Yet today, Britain is being criticised for its record on race with recent TV polls suggesting that the vast majority of British people are racist.
Britain is now a racist society. There is widespread discrimination against and harassment of ethnic minorities on housing estates and in workplaces.
Many of our northern towns have unemployment levels of 50 per cent among ethnic minorities.
Britain has been criticised by a UN race relations committee over 'police brutality' towards ethnic minorities. Prince Charles has called for more 'diversity' in the cultural background of people in senior management in British industries.
Mahatma Ghandi once said: "All human beings are God's children," but I cannot understand why they cannot live together.
