EVEN before the outcome of the inquiry into the Mad Cow disease scare, the farmers are talking of compensation if herds have to be culled.
Surely, it was the farmers' greed in feeding unnatural substances to the cattle in the first place that caused all the problems.
It is the farmers and feed-stuff manufacturers who should be sued by the families of victims of the awful disease.
