FIREFIGHTERS cut free two women from a car after an accident in Rossendale Road, Burnley.
No-one was seriously injured in the two-car crash at the junction with Accrington Road.
The accident involved a Ford Fiesta driven by Glyn Carlin, 24, of Elmwood Street, Burnley, and a Citroen driven by Karon Driver, 37, of Rossendale Road, Burnley.
A passenger from each vehicle, Sharon Moore, of Elmwood Street, and Kerry Driver, of Rossendale Road, were taken to Burnley General Hospital and allowed home after treatment.
Both drivers and another passenger trapped in the back of the Fiesta escaped injury.
