THE good old days of Music Hall are to be re-created in Blackburn.
A series of afternoon shows will roll back the years at Blakey's Bar in King George's Hall.
They are the brainchild of local entertainments organiser Alf Wright, who has put them on with Blackburn Council's community services department and Tivoli Presentations.
"Many older people don't want to go out at night so we've put them on in the afternoons, " said Alf.
The first show is tomorrow, from 2.30pm to 4.45pm, admission £2.50 on the door will include potato pie and peas.
