PHILLIPE Junivar will be defending his men's singles title at the Preston Table Tennis Championships at Ashton-on-Ribble High School, Preston, on Sunday, March 31.
Challengers are past champion Tony Rigby, Michael Malcolm, Barry Crook, Barry Hodgson and David Evans.
Carey Delaney will not be defending her singles title, giving former champion Julie Clegg the chance to secure the ladies event. Phillipe Junivar and Michael Malcolm are favourites to win the men's doubles title for the Bob Clark Trophy.
Barry Crook will be defending his veteran's singles title and fancied winners of the cadets event for the Arthur Scarsbrook Trophy are Katy Parker and Andrew Flintoff.
