ARSONISTS launched a petrol attack on some newly-built luxury apartments, reducing them to a blackened shell and causing up to £250,000-worth of damage.
Police were today hunting the firebugs who wrecked four out of eight flats in Balfour House, on the banks of the River Blakewater, Blackburn. The £40,000 two-bedroomed executive apartments had been sold and were due to be occupied within a fortnight.
