ACCLAIMED Higham Arts and Crafts Exhibition is celebrating its silver jubilee.
Special events were organised with Higham's St John the Evangelist Church to mark the 25th anniversary including an evensong attended by the Mayor and Mayoress of Burnley Coun Arthur Park and his wife Eileen.
This was followed by the cutting of a special anniversary cake in the village hall.
Each year the exhibition, one of the first arts and crafts fairs in the country, raises about £4,500 for the church.
The fair will be on from Good Friday to April 9 at Higham CE School and will feature the work of more than 70 exhibitors.
