COMPUTER firm P&P plc has bought a contract staff firm in a deal worth up to £12.5 million.
The Haslingden-based firm has acquired Myriad, a supplier of information technology staff with six offices around the country.
P&P already bases a large number of contract and permanent staff at major companies in the UK and the firm said the acquisition of Myriad would enhance its service to customers.
The last results for Myriad showed a profit of £1.82 million on turnover of £28.9 million.
