ACCRINGTON Stanley threw away three points after dominating the first half against UniBond Premier Division leaders Bamber Bridge.
In the eighth minute Stewart Anderson's good pass found Darren Thornton who struck a superb curling shot beyond Steve Berryman from 20 yards to put the Reds ahead.
In the 29th minute Stanley should have increased their lead, Thornton's shot bounced in front of Berryman, came back off the keeper and Brian Welch, with an open goal, fired wide from five yards.
Thornton set up another chance on 38 minutes, his cross was headed against the post by Lee Rogerson.
Bridge scored twice within three minutes early in the second half.
An in-swinging Dave Leaver corner was palmed into his own net by keeper Rob Mulloy.
After 57 minutes substitute Mark Edwards struck a 25 yard shot past Mulloy to win a match that was watched by the Reds' largest crowd of the season, 760.
