Westleigh Village B thrashed Leigh Eagles B 10-0 and now need just two points from two games to snatch the Division Two title from Higher Fold. On top target: Neil Arnold 4, Chris Unsworth, Wally Coleman, James Langan, Craig Coyston, Steve Greenhalgh (own goal) and John Jackson (a first of the season).
In the Carl Brown Memorial Trophy Royal Oak are assured of top spot in their group after beating Three Crowns A 4-1 courtesy of Dave Calland, Paul Taylor, Tony Halliwell and Dave Allison. For Crowns: Shaun Kedward.
Punch Bowl finished their Division One programme, losing 8-0 at Union A (Dan Toone 3, Warren Keefe 2, Paul Monaghan, Jamie Hopkins, Matt Toone).
