TAILOR-made office suites could be developed at the former medical examination centre on Tenters Street in Bury.
The 5,000 sq.ft. building has been bought by Rossendale-based building contractors and developers B & E Boys Limited.
They plan to either fully refurbish the building to provide office suites from 1,000 sq.ft., or to completely redevelop the site.
Either way, on-site car parking is assured.
The former examination centre has been renamed William Boys House. It is located close to Bury Grammar School and the magistrates courts, adjacent to Jubilee Way.
Says the company's managing director Brian Boys: "We are currently formalising the details of the refurbishment scheme with agents Matthews and Goodman.
"No firm decision has yet been made on the final specification so there is still time for prospective tenants to come forward and have the building or office suites tailored to their specific needs."
