A SPECIAL benefit game is being played at Haslingden on Sunday (kick-off 2pm) in aid of Ewood Bridge player Russell Proctor.
Proctor broke his leg early in the season playing for Haslingden v Oldham Town.
"Russell is self-employed and wasn't able to work for several months because of the injury," said Brent Peters who is managing one of the sides.
The match will feature a Peters XI and a Haslingden select side.
The Peters XI is: Daryl Sloan, Steve Gardner, Colin Methven, Mick Fuller, Duncan McFadyen, Phil Maeey, Peter Coyne, Simon Holding, Stuart Farnell, Neil Yates, Jock Wylie, Paul Rigby, Steve Walker, Wayne Haworth, Lawrence Greenhalgh, Darren Emmett, Mark Rawstron, Ged Walsh, Paul Beck and Tom McKenna.
The Haslingden side will feature members of the present side and some of those who were part of the Division Two championship side of 1993-94
