WHY couldn't the North have been one of the areas chosen to benefit from the £1,100 free nursery vouchers to be used for state or private nursery schools?
Why does London always benefit - plus, this time, Norfolk? How did they decide where the trials for the scheme took place?
Surely this would have benefited single mothers in the North West, allowing them to try and get work now their benefits have been cut.
