MULTI-million pound plans were unveiled today for a huge leisure complex and office block near Blackburn town centre on the site of a derelict abattoir.
The prestige complex was to include tenpin bowling, a sports hall, cafe, squash courts and fitness room. But mystery surrounded the identity of the developers Kingscliffe Holdings Ltd, who applied to Blackburn Council for planning permission.
