I SECOND the comments of Brian Wood in his review of Queen tribute band, Ga Ga (Citizen, May 2).
These three guys from Liverpool were exceptionally brilliant.
Undoubtedly, they captured Queen on the night and are a must for all Queen fans.
Unlike any other band who have come to King George's Hall with a similar tribute, Ga Ga did not even attempt to take off Queen in their stage show or in their costume.
As for John Holmes' guitar rendition of Brighton Rock, all I can say is Brian May eat your heart out!
All three guys are musically talented and gave us a polished, very professional performance.
A great night out for us Queen fans - the night was still young after We Are The Champions had ended.
Thanks, Ga Ga, for giving us A Kind Of Magic. Hope to see you back here next year.
