CLITHEROE'S Andy Taylor has no doubts - the Blues are going to Wembley to win!
And the man who scored a crucial semi-final goal believes Clitheroe's "business-as-usual" approach to Sunday's FA Vase final against Brigg Town will pay a big dividend. "Our build-up to the final will be the same as it was for the semi-final," said Taylor.
"Everyone will do their own thing and we are confident we are going to Wembley to win. We've had that feeling all through the competition." Taylor has been to Wembley as a spectator on several occasions, to watch both Rovers and England, but the thrill of actually playing there is one he can't wait to experience.
"We've been given the home dressing room and when we get there, I'll just think of all the great England players who have been there."
Many think playing at Wembley has been under-valued by the number of games staged there but he added: "If Brazil played a friendly in Japan, they would send a team of youngsters with just a couple of their stars. For a game at Wembley they all want to play - that's what it means to all footballers."
