NIGEL Evans called for dramatic improvements in House of Commons facilities for constituents, as he took 60 Clitheroe Grammar schoolchildren round Parliament.
The Ribble Valley MP believes more must be done to ensure parties such as the schoolchildren yesterday, can really see how democracy works.
Although the 60 did get a guided tour of the House of Commons and Lords, they were unable to see Prime Minister's Questions.
Mr Evans said: "If I take a party like this round there is nowhere I can take them for a cup of tea or where they can have lunch. I can't get 60 tickets for Prime Minister's Questions.
"I shall be campaigning for a dramatic improvement in facilities."
