ORGANISERS of a village school's centenary celebrations are still searching for past pupils and teachers.
Staff at Barrowford Primary School are planning to mark its 100th 'birthday' with a series of events over the summer and autumn.
The highlight is an open morning, to be held at the school on June 29, and organisers are hoping to get as many people who attended the school back behind their desks for the day.
"We're particularly aiming to see if we can connect the oldest former pupil and oldest former teacher," explained head John Hufferdine.
"We're also keen to hear from anyone who could lend us some memorabilia connected with the school for our centenary exhibition." Anyone who can help is asked to contact Mr Hufferdine on 01282 615644.
The first centenary event, a spring fair on Saturday, raised just over £500 for school funds.
