MODISH mum Eileen O'Neill got a chic new look today in a whirlwind TV make-over.
Eileen, 28, of Baxenden, was volunteered by her twin sister Elaine for an on-camera top-to-toe transformation by leading make-up, hair and fashion stylists.
And the transformation was screened on BBC1 at 9.20am this morning in the new daily make-over show 'Style Counsel' presented by designer for the stars Jeff Banks.
Eileen, who lives in Waverley Road with fiance Paul Faud and their 18-month-old son, Jack, was thrilled with her stylish new look.
With no mirrors in the studio, the contestants don't get to see their million dollar image until the very end of the show.
Eileen said: "I was really shocked. The difference was fantastic.
"The make-up was unbelievable. The dress was brilliant and so is the hair.
"Because I am so small, I always thought I couldn't look elegant."
During the day, Eileen has her hands full with son Jack, and sings on the pub and club circuit at night as Suzi Diamond.
She said: "During the day, I tended not to make much of an effort.
"Elaine said I was looking a bit like a mother, which I am, and needed a make-over."
Now her trendy new look has turned the tables on identical twin Elaine, who lives in St Helen's, and sings with her for competitions and TV work.
"She likes my hair that much she's having hers cut the same," laughed Eileen.
