EAST Lancashire pub and club 'bandit' company AFM Leisure was taken over in a big money deal.
Leeds-based Music Hire Group was rumoured to have paid about £2 million for the AFM operations, centred in Aqueduct Road, Blackburn.
The deal was to slot together the two operations to form the fourth largest fruit machine group in Britain and a major force in the North West.
