BOBCATS took the first game of this double-header but not as easily as might have been expected.
In their rookie season Lions are improving rapidly and proving to be worthy opponents.
Both teams played enthusiastically in really awful weather.
The second game of the double bill progressed to 3 innings before the worsening weather conditions forced a halt for the day.

This weekend Bobcats are away at West Midlands Razorbacks.
On Saturday Panthers' junior team will take part in a tournament at Leeds featuring eleven teams from all over the North and Midlands.
