MEMBERS of the Swedenborgian New Church of Burnley joined Muslims and Quakers for inter-denominational talks at the Nazareth Unitarian Chapel, Padiham.
Minister the Rev Andrew Rowley said: "It always strikes us just how much we all have in common.
"Our intent always is to find the common ground and a unity amidst diversity.
"To share in this manner and to observe the developing friendship and fellowship is quite wonderful in an epoch where fundamentalism erects barriers and pushes people away."
A joint service will be held at the chapel on June 23 at 6.30pm.
