A HOTEL in the Ribble Valley has been named as Hotel of the Year at a top national awards ceremony.
The Gibbon Bridge Country House Hotel near Chipping won the votes of the judges in the Association for Catering Excellence competition at Warwick Castle last night.
Proprietor Miss Janet Simpson said this morning that she was thrilled with the accolade.
