BLACKBURN'S Labour MP Jack Straw was caught in a political row when he decided to send his son to school in Tory-controlled Westminster.
He was accused by Tories of "hypocrisy" by choosing against a school in the left-wing stronghold of Lambeth where he was living.
Mr Straw said he chose the comprehensive school because it had a good music reputation and his son Thomas played piano and trumpet.
