PRINCE Charles touched down in East Lancashire to meet its people and its wildlife.
The Prince was given a rousing welcome when he went for a 30 minute stroll around the Foxhill Bank Nature Reserve in Oswaldtwistle before flying off to another nature reserve in the Lune Valley.
Hyndburn MP Ken Hargreaves led a Commons call to protect peaceful beggars from prosecution in court.
