ADRIAN Heath is continuing his sweeping Europe-wide search for top continental soccer talent.
I can reveal the Turf Moor player-chief (pictured) is closing in on several overseas targets and has made an advance move to bring a Croatian player to Turf Moor.
Heath revealed: "I'm getting faxes every day from European agents who want their players to come over to England.
"Many of them are internationals and just the sort of players I would like to bring to Burnley.
"The Bosman ruling has meant that there is now a lot more freedom of movement and players are easier to target.
"I am looking at all avenues and no stone will be left unturned.
"I will also be studying videos of the players in action before deciding whether to go abroad to watch them play. I've already made a trip to Spain which proved quite useful."
He added: "I am particularly interested in a player from Croatia. But bringing in foreign players is quite a long and drawn out business.
"Nothing is going to happen overnight. But I would love to have at least one of the players I'm interested in on board for the start of pre-season training."
