PARENTS were today urged not to panic after the nationwide withdrawal of junior aspirin medicines.
East Lancashire health spokesmen recommended checking children's drugs to see if they contained aspirin and using safe, paracetamol-based products.
Mr Peter Tattersall, spokesman for the North East Lancashire Pharmaceutical Society, said the drugs affected had all been withdrawn from shelves.
