ARMED raiders threatened to shoot a cook in a £45,000 smash-and-grab raid on a town centre shop.
Astonished restaurant workers and diners watched as two masked gunmen, carrying hand guns burst into Pelle Menswear in Blackburn and made their getaway with a massive clothes haul in a stolen car. Chokri Azzabi, 27, the cook from nearby Tiggis restaurant, said he saw two well built men who may have had sticks or bars.
