TEACHER Thomas Reimann will have mixed feelings as he watches the match. German-born Thomas, who lives in Great Harwood, is a Blackburn Rovers season ticket holder and a number one fan of Alan Shearer!
Thomas, who teaches German, French and PE at St Wilfrid's High School, Blackburn, said: "I have had a lot of stick off the kids at school and it will be a difficult match for me to watch as I am a big fan of Shearer. I support the Rovers on a club level but it is a different thing on a national level."
Thomas predicts a 2-1 defeat for England with Shearer scoring the England goal. He said: "The German team have a definite disadvantage with the absence of Klinsmann and it will be a psychological loss as well. It is a shame it is just the semis. England v Germany would be a perfect final. May the best man win."
